We must enforce a NO SHOW policy.  Spacing of appointments is required to social distance as much as possible.  It’s also to disinfect even more due to the recent pandemic.

We require a credit card to reserve an appointment.  This CC will not be used unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment scheduled.  

After receiving your appointment. A COVID waiver is required by the State within 24 hours of your appointment.  No sooner please.  Thank you!   This is for your safety as well as our staff. We appreciate your understanding.
